A simple truth!
That’s what Claudia Ihlefeld sees in her review depending the show of the Dutch conceptual working artist at the daily HEILBRONNER STIMME. Jan van der Ploeg is working in the tradition of De Stijl since years with his wall paintings and his canvases. Finally he could sign the sentence: You only get what you see! Jan von der Ploeg has in this jubilee year of De Stijl nearly 20 exhibitions and long before he installed a wall painting at Mercedes Benz Museums in Stuttgart. But the artist draws a line: design has a function, his art work is autonomous.

In many big museums of the world and at the most important independent film festivlas the films of Sebastián Díaz Morales had been shown, now the Museum für Gegenwartskunst in Siegen presents them for the first time in Germany (14th October 2016–19th February 2017). On our backlist since a year available is the most extensive book about the work of the Argentine film artist.

In a big rush of visitors the show of the legendary Viehof Collection was opened at Friday 30th of September by Olaf Scholz the First Mayor of Hamburg at the Deichtorhallen Hamburg and the Falkenberg Collection in Hamburg-Harburg. The exhibition of 600 works of 75 of the most important artists of the world assembles a part of the Speck and the total Rhinegold collection, which is an absolute highlight of the exhibition season this Fall.

The Woman Rides and the Horse Goes on Foet, this was the title of the 2008 exhbition of MEUSER at the Kunsthalle Dusseldorf. Now the biggest German art magazine BLAU dedicates to the artist a review of 14 coloured pages. MEUSER is highly appriciated by colleagues as Andreas Gursky or Anselm Reyle as artist’s artist, Franz West and Martin Kippenberger perpertuated him in her works. We still have available the most comprehensive book about the work of the artist!
